An article about classic gaming magazines is on my to-do list. I’ve still got four complete volumes (1985-1989) in the official Zzap! binders (plus all the 1987 issues of Crash in a binder). It was a fabulous magazine, even if I was aware of Zzap very late on (my first Zzap was a Christmas edition, and it was the one with Boulder Dash 4 & Spy vs. Spy II on the cover disk). Still got a few of the copies now if I dig for them, I wonder how much they are worth? **scratches chin** I used to read Zzap loads!
